2. Our Transparent Billing Process

Preparation & Packing

On confirmation, our team arrives with packing materials and manpower. Items are packed category-wise and labeled properly.
Fragile items receive special handling.

Move Day Protocol

On moving day:
Packing is completed (if not done earlier)
Items are loaded carefully
Goods are secured inside the vehicle
Transportation begins as per schedule
Customers receive coordination updates throughout the process.

Delivery & Post-Move Support

Upon arrival at destination:
Goods are unloaded carefully
Items are placed room-wise
Unpacking assistance is provided (if requested)
If customers face any issues, our support team remains available for assistance.

4. Terms & Conditions of Service

These terms define the agreement between Gatikraft Logistics and the customer.

Booking Confirmation

Relocation booking is confirmed only after quotation approval and advance payment (if applicable).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a customer needs to cancel or reschedule:
Notice must be provided at least 48 hours before moving date
Advance adjustments will be processed as per policy
Last-minute cancellations may attract minimal operational charges due to manpower and vehicle booking.

Service Limitations

We do not transport:
Hazardous chemicals
Explosives or flammable materials
Live animals
Perishable food items
Illegal goods
Customers must inform us about any special or sensitive items before packing.

Liability & Insurance

While we follow strict safety protocols, unforeseen events during transit may occur.
Customers are advised to opt for goods insurance for added protection.
Insurance coverage depends on:
Declared value of goods
Type of coverage selected
In case of damage or loss, claim procedures will follow insurance provider guidelines.

5. Important Disclosures & Disclaimers

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the terms agreed in the service contract and insurance coverage (if selected).

Third-Party Services

In certain long-distance relocations, third-party transportation partners may assist in transit. However, overall coordination remains under Gatikraft Logistics supervision.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate item details during survey
Ensuring clear access at pickup and delivery points
Being present (or assigning representative) during loading and unloading
Removing personal valuables (cash, jewelry, documents) before packing
We advise customers to personally carry valuable items.
